By accessing and using Ritik.dev ("the Site") and any services offered, including FoksTech, CyberFoks, CyberFoks Temp Mail, and FokSky, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, code, design, and project assets — is the intellectual property of Ritik Kumar unless otherwise stated.

- Claim ownership of any of our projects
Client projects (after full payment) transfer ownership to the client, except for reused libraries and pre-existing code components.
Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless stated otherwise
- Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or agreed methods
- A typical project requires 50% advance and 50% on delivery
- Final pricing depends on project scope, complexity, and timeline
- Any additional features not in the original scope will be quoted separately
Refund Policy
- Advance payment: Non-refundable once project work begins
- Before work starts: 90% refund (10% processing fee)
- Incomplete work: Proportional refund based on delivered milestones
- Disputes: Resolved through mutual discussion within 30 days
Disclaimer of Warranty
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That defects will be corrected immediately
- Any specific business outcome or results
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritik Kumar shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from misuse of our tools
- Third-party service failures (hosting, payment gateways, etc.)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gaya, Bihar, India.
